After two years of dedicated experimentation and cupping, we’ve perfected a filter coffee blend that strikes the ideal balance between rich flavour and robust strength. Traditionally, enhancing taste would mean compromising on strength, while stronger blends leaned bitter. To solve this, we developed an in-house fermentation technique that introduced natural sweetness without losing intensity. We chose premium AA-grade Robusta beans over Arabica for their bold body and nuanced bitterness.
