Shipping Policy

We strive to deliver your order as swiftly and efficiently as possible. All orders placed on caffeineworkss.com will be delivered within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your location and pincode.

Shipping is free on all orders above ₹999. Orders below this value may incur a nominal shipping charge, which will be clearly displayed at checkout.

Your order will be delivered either by our in-house delivery team or through our trusted courier partners. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email from us containing the tracking details to monitor your shipment in real-time.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. If you wish to cancel an order, please note the following:

  • Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing the order, or before the order has been roasted/packed, whichever occurs first.

  • Once the order has been roasted or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

To cancel your order, please reach out to us promptly via email at business@caffeineworkss.com, with your order number and relevant details.

Returns & Refunds Policy

We’re passionate about delivering high-quality coffee and brewing experiences to your doorstep. However, if for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

You may request a return or refund for coffee purchases by contacting us at business@caffeineworkss.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please include the following details in your email:

  • Your full name and date of purchase

  • The item(s) you’re dissatisfied with

  • A brief reason for the return or refund request

Important Notes:

  • Coffee products are perishable and custom-roasted. Hence, they are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or there is a quality concern.

  • Brewing equipment may be returned only if it is in unused and original condition, with all packaging and accessories intact.

  • Subscription refunds will be processed on a pro-rata basis, depending on the number of shipments remaining in your plan.

Refund Process:

  • Once approved, refunds are initiated within 7 business days of receiving your request.

  • Refunds will be credited via the original method of payment, and may take 8–9 working days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s clearing cycle.
