How To Use

1. Add 40g of coarsely ground coffee to the carafe.

2. Pour hot water (~92°C), adding half initially (400 ml total).

3. Let the coffee bloom for 30 seconds.

4. Add the remaining water and stir.

5. Place the plunger and steep for 4 minutes.

6. Press down the plunger slowly.

7. Pour into a preheated cup and enjoy black or with milk.
