How to Brew with the Phin Filter:

1. Add 3 heaping teaspoons (20–22g) of medium-grind coffee to the filter

2. Place the press disk and gently tamp down

3. Pour 20–30ml of hot water to let the coffee bloom; wait 30 seconds

4. Fill the chamber with approximately 140ml of hot water

5. Cover with the lid and let it drip slowly for 4–5 minutes

Result: A rich, smooth Vietnamese coffee — enjoy it black or with sweetened condensed milk over ice.
